Your details, handled with care

Privacy policy

Updated October 11, 2026

This policy explains how SnapYaar handles information submitted through this website. Questions? Contact snapyaar@outlook.com .

Information you choose to share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and event city. You may also provide a date, booth preference, phone number, venue, guest count, event type, and a message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and discuss your event.

How inquiries are delivered

The form sends your inquiry through EmailJS to our email inbox. EmailJS and our email provider process the information needed to deliver and store those messages. Their own privacy terms also apply. See EmailJS’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement .

Hosting and external services

Netlify hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for hosting and security. The site loads Poppins fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. Instagram links open Instagram separately. This website does not install advertising or analytics cookies and does not embed an Instagram feed.

Access and retention

Inquiry information is available to the team handling your request and the service providers delivering and storing it. We keep correspondence as needed to manage inquiries and bookings. You can email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information; we’ll discuss any information that must be retained.

Event photos

Information sent through this form is separate from any photos or videos captured at an event. Photo sharing and any permission to publish event media are discussed for the event itself. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

Policy updates

If our website’s data handling changes, we’ll update this page and its date.
